He responded to me within minutes of contacting him, scheduled an appointment, and arrived early! Those three things alone are a win. We had him come out to the house to do some much needed electrical repair. He replaced 3 ceiling fans, fixed some lighting and outlet issues in our kitchen, installed new fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom, and fixed another issue in our garage that kept causing the breaker to blow. His work was quick and efficient! We actually had Ken come back today to replace two toilets. One was grouted down into the tile...and we were dreading having it replaced because we thought the whole floor would have to be fixed too. He was able to remove it without breaking any tiles! He did some replumbing work for this particular toilet and reinstalled. I'm thrilled! Ken has been prompt, pleasant, and very willing to share his knowledge. We will definitely have him come back again!"See more
