His extensive knowledge of physical training has allowed him to personally tailor different exercises every session for me keeping me from getting bored and making a real difference for one's overall health and sense of well being. I have lost weight and toned up tremendously since I joined. The staff is friendly as well as the patrons. I was referred by Laurie, one of the regular's. The facility is well managed and clean, and comprehensive in terms of available equipment.
Jeremy is really an awesome trainer. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. I've worked with trainers in the past who have always left more to be desired. After working with Jeremy, I now know what I've been missing in my prior training experiences. I highly recommend him.

Before I went to Stacy, I have been losing and gaining weight for 20+ years, trying all the latest fads and drugs. I did lose weight but I could never keep it off. So a friend of mine told me about Stacy so I called her. Let me start by saying, if you don't want to hear the truth and follow the plan then you wont do well. I remember saying, I have done it before and lost the weight so I know what I am doing and she said something like, no, if you could do it, you wouldn't be calling me. She told me to think about because she didn't want to take my money for me to waste my time. I was like wow, no one every really put it to me that way. I hung up the phone and thought about it all night. I woke I was like this what I have been looking for all this time. So I started in April, 4 1/2 months ago, with her as my nutritionist, and doing the boot camps plus personal training. She knows what she is doing, has a lot of training and knows her stuff. Everyone has their own food plan built for you as well as the training. I have seen such great results and not just physical but mental as well as learning so much about how your body works, food etc. She genuinely cares about the people she takes on as clients and she wont throw any punches. She tells it like it is. When you join you also develop friendships with those you train with and also those who are cheering you on during boot camps etc. This is a lifestyle change for me and I have to give all my thanks and appreciation to Stacy and all the trainers!
I've been training with Julien about two years now. It began as an at home training experience, and sometimes we would meet at the gym and do some weight training. Many times we worked out at a local park. I've enjoyed working out with Julien because of the sometimes unorthodox exercises that he would do. I lost a lot of weight working with him, and increased my 5k race pace. I enjoy that he draws inspiration from many disciplines such as yoga, meditation, martial arts, weight training, parkour, etc. I think if he had his own gym in a centrally located place it would be awesome. In his gym, he could have jungle-gym inspired equipment in addition to weight training equipment, so we could have a gym (indoors) that would support his style of training. As he grows, perhaps this is what will happen one day :)
Chas is very professional and very personable. My son is getting married and his future mother in law and myself are training with Chas to look our best for the wedding. I am very grateful to him helping me to reach my goals. I would highly recommend Chas!
I typically do not write reviews, but Dru is the best! I've always been so discouraged by personal trainers and outrageous session fees. I'm simply a college student looking to get back into shape and feel confident in my own skin. Dru makes it so easy to stay on a budget and live healthier at the same time! She is big on nutrition too, and be sure to expect free samples and even more freebies! I could go on all day about this woman, but I consider Dru a close friend after only a few short weeks! Oh, and I've lost INCHES in only 10 days! She's such a motivator. You're absolutely crazy not to choose Dru. Love her!

Just began training with Konquer Fitness' Jennifer Decker this week. I am someone who is notorious for getting amped up to work out and promise myself, "this time I won't quit!". But, as you may guess, I quit. Then the cycle repeats. Let me just say that I am not 100% confident in my commitment, despite having partnered with Konquer Fitness....but I gotta be honest (and I'm someone who is suspicious of "testimonials"...FORGET all that. This company, Konquer has figured it out. At least, for me. Personalized, non-judgemental, educated, friendly. They've cracked the code on personalized fitness!!!
Fortunate to have had Valerie for Yoga and Dance at Tilton Fitness, Mays Landing, NJ. Her classes were prepared with students needs in mind and she had no difficulty changing lesson plan to suit the occasion. My only disappointment: that she moved on. Our loss is someone else's gain.
I've been doing the Body & Soul boot camp for a year now, and I'm thrilled with the results ~ not only in how my clothes fit, but also how I feel and the positive comments I've received from others. Workouts are based on fitness level and are easily increased (i.e., weights, speed, duration) as we progress. Every workout is different so that it doesn't become a boring routine. Every workout is carefully planned so that every part of your body is targeted, and your core is strengthened. This is the best, most effective program for getting fit and firm (and don't worry ladies, no bulking up here). If it wasn't good, I would have quit a long time ago like I did with other fitness programs.
