Introduction: Thank you for viewing our profile on Thumbtack . We are a residential and commercial property inspection firm based in Central PA. Currently our service area includes all of Pennsylvania and we have expanded into the northern counties of MD . Our technical staff is highly trained in both American & Canadian inspection protocols including both regional and national building codes. Our firm has been doing inspections since 2014 with over 250 satisfied clients. Our President has been in the construction industry since 1983staring out in trade shows, slowly progressing to other arenas,(commercial, health, athletic stadiums, restaurants.residential & heavy) and his family lineage dates back to the 1920's in the industry. We go the extra mile when doing inspections and treat our clients like family. The average inspection time is approx 2-4 hrs.
A) Our inspections are very thorough and complete(both commercial & Residential)-The property is gone over with a fine toothed comb- the following are checked during- all electric, plumbing, windows, doors, flooring, drywall, trim, hvac, foundations & footings. roof-soffits/fascia, rafters/trusses, shingles, metal. gutters & Downspouts, sidewalks, driveways.
B) We are able to perform FHA, VA, HUD and normal property inspections.
C) We love doing inspections on new construction and mobile homes
D) In addition to property inspections- we also offer- Radon, WDI
& water testing (additional cost), Pre-sale/offer inspections. Separately, We will perform, mold, roof, foundation, electrical. plumbing, septic & sewer(as part of plumbing). Average charge is $125-150.00 per system.
E) Please note if the property is more than a 30 mile radius from zip code 17340 or you wish the inspection performed on the weekend, there is an additional charge .
F) Cancelation Policy- if you book us for any of our services, and then decide to cancel , please do so within 48 hrs, , if not then you will be charge 1/2 of the quoted amount of the project. And Billed thru Thumbtack.
G:) Commercial inspections- warehouse (.05 per sqft), office space (.08 per sqft) Minimum charge is $500.00 combos -best to call for quotes - do not use instant book for these.
Additional :
1) Please do not contact us if your faucet or toilet is leaking, call a plumber not us ( we do not do any plumbing or electrical repairs)
2) If you instant book us for a plumbing. electrical repair- please note you will be billed for cost plus 15% thru thumbtack- see above
