He was very responsive after I messaged him. When we reviewed the sump pumps, he was very sincere and knowledgeable plus he didn't pressure me into buying two pumps at once instead, he worked with me on balancing what I could afford and what was needed for immediate peace of mind. He was also quick to install them right before a bad storm. Highly recommend.
