I joined Bindu's Yoga classes after recovering from a mastectomy and chemotherapy. I was in a vulnerable phase of my life and desperately seeking a sanctuary where i could find some peace of mind, even for a brief period of time. Bindu's loving, gentle nature and guidance helped me tremendously, not only from the physical benefits that the classes delivered, but I was able to get some respite from the mental and emotional stresses. Even once the most difficult part of my journey was over, I pursued my yoga for the pleasure and peace it brought to my day to day life. Bindu is an outstanding teacher, acutely aware of her pupils individual needs. Her gentle disposition and loving nature feeds one's soul. Her absence has left a huge gap in my life, but i know that many other pupils will benefit from her tuition like i have.
I have had many services with Cassie (Lymph drainage, Facial lymph, Thai massage, yoga). Everything she does is amazing! My experience with the Lymph system aided with a good results. I felt tired at first, but I knew Cassie worked everything through the Lymph's for me to detox what was stuck and blocking in the body. Overall, if anyone has never had a treatment, I would highly recommend it.

I have been fortunate enough to take Danielle's yoga classes over the past few years. I find her classes challenging and fun at the same time. She mixes it up so no class is ever the same. She is very engaging for the whole class and her assists are perfectly timed and spot-on. I've also taken a series of private lessons with Danielle as well. It really helped grow my practice. Danielle has a very strong knowledge of the human anatomy and she really helped me with alignment in my poses. If you get a chance to practice with Danielle, make sure you do it.
Brittany is amazing! Her professionalism, experience and warm attitude make her classes and style of teaching something to look forward to. She gives excellent assists and is always open to help yogis (new and experienced) in their practice :-)

Kristen was charged with the task of leading a yoga class for a college basketball team. This was mandatory and most of the players had never done or had any interest in doing yoga. Kristen successfully engaged the group on a weekly basis for 4 months and made the team enjoy their sessions. She was able to work on sport specific movements and overall flexibility. Kristen also took a genuine interest in the group and became a member of our family.

Rachel is a very personable and professional instructor and has great knowledge of yoga and the human body to get the most out of a yoga session. The thing about Embrace that I love is, it's a unique way to approach yoga. Thinking that yoga is only for small, flexible women is not uncommon and it's hard to break up that misconception. There aren't many yoga programs out there that are specifically tailored to women or men with larger figures. Marie-Chi-Asana is named after the Sanskrit pose, marichyasana. I work primarily with beginners but welcome all levels. I like to focus on flexibility and a yummy savasana to relax at the end. I have experience working with athletes of soccer and football and am happy to meet other athletes to work with!
