FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base charge of $35 for the first hour and most times I don't need to charge more unless I know it will take more time than that. If I have to travel more than 15 miles (each way) there is a $5 charge for travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that education is very important. I have sat for many hours working with customers to help them use their computers and other devices properly. Some have no idea what they are doing, and I have set up a few things in the past to make sure their experience using the device was easier and productive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Lancaster County Career and Technical Center in 2008 for the Computer Specialist course. There I studied for and received my A+, AMP/TYCO fiber optics, and Cisco certifications. I am currently studying at Brightwood Career Institute.
