Introduction: Hello! My name is Jennifer I am a Certified Personal Trainer instructor specializing in Ab strengthening. With each client I work with, my main focus is tailoring a perfect workout and program for them for every individual is different with different needs and goals. I always strive to create the best experience! I have spent the last few years training and learning how our bodies work and what needs to be done to effectively achieve ones goals. With each client I work with I use my knowledge and experience to ensure they execute each exercise with perfect form! Now as a mother myself and someone who has experienced there own weight loss journey, I truly understand how getting to the gym can be a challenge. That is why I strive to make sure my client gets the BEST workout when there with me. My goal for all my clients is simply not to get them skinny but to get them strong and fit!

I started working out with Jenn as my trainer about 2.5 months ago. She personalizes each workout and I’m already seeing results! She does a fantastic job of really knowing her clients and how to push but understanding limits as well. Seriously the best workouts I’ve ever done!

I highly recommend Jennifer if you’re looking to be pushed to your max. She goes through every move and explains it with great detail that way you know how to properly execute the exercises. I found her to be very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition.
