- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My travel planning services are free to clients in most cases. I’m compensated directly by travel suppliers such as resorts, cruise lines, and tour operators—so there’s no added cost to you. When applicable, I also help clients take advantage of exclusive promotions, group rates, onboard credits, and special discounts. Any optional service fees (for complex custom itineraries or concierge-level planning) are always discussed upfront—no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation (call) to understand your travel goals, budget, dates, and preferences. From there, I research and present customized travel options—including flights, resorts, cruises, or full itineraries. Once you choose your favorite option, I handle the booking, confirmations, and details. I remain available before, during, and after your trip for support, changes, or questions, so you can travel stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a trained travel advisor with hands-on experience booking cruises, all-inclusive resorts, destination weddings, honeymoons, group trips, and custom vacations. I work directly with trusted global travel suppliers and stay up to date on industry trends, resort offerings, and travel requirements to ensure my clients receive accurate guidance and high-quality service.
