Carson responded immediately to my request to remove a massive upright piano, and gave me a very reasonable quote. After I accepted his quote, my son decided he wanted to disassemble the piano, to repurpose the wood, but the VERY heavy cast iron parts were left. Carson revised his quote, and came at short notice to remove the remaining part. He and Nick were careful and polite, and delightful to work with. Can’t recommend this company enough. Five stars.
