- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For a buyer, seller's pay the commission to both realtors and for sellers, you would be responsible for the commissions paid to the realtors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to schedule a phone discussion first to speak in more detail and then discuss the process, criteria, timelines and next steps whether we are scheduling a to meet or scheduling a home tour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a licensed realtor in PA and have 4 years experience working as a realtor. I am also a destination service consultant for 5 years working to help relocate corporate to the area.
