I have been taking lesson with Mr. Dieter for over a year now. When I started my lessons my skill level was very poor. In time with Eric patience and flexibility, I'm am able to understand music on a whole other level which I don't see myself as a Guitarist but as a Musician. I enjoy my time spent at Quarter Bend Guitar Studio and look forward to another year of lessons.
Genesis is equally talented as a musician, singer, and educator. She's always patient, but does her best to encourage and ask the best of her students.
Jonathan Tice is a very talented musician and music teacher. He student taught in my General and Vocal Music classroom this winter, 2014, and proved himself to be a very caring and dedicated teacher. His musicianship is exceptional, and he is able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of his students. He is patient as well as intelligent. He sets very high standard for all of his students and helps them to achieve those standards.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Obviously, I cannot thank the band enough for the fabulous job at our wedding this weekend!! I seriously felt like we were having our own private concert with all of our family & friends. The songs were wonderful played and beautifully sung. I seriously cannot think of one song that I did not enjoy. I I did all the corresponding with Rob, he was very helpful every single step of the way, answering any question I had over the past 8 months. The band was very professional, courtesy and polite. I would recommend anyone who wants to have an amazing party (especially a wedding reception) to hire this band!!!! The night was ***AMAZING*** Thank you for everything!! Susan & Matthew Connors
I'm a solo artist and my experience with Wombat Studios was absolutely amazing, I got the same quality as any big Nashville studio and it was a really enjoyable time. Definitely underrated and a great deal! I would recommend them to anyone.
Tom transformed me from a mediocre guitarist into a musician. His approach to teaching shows that he more than cares about his students and helps them in more ways than just technical guitar ability. The more you put in to music lessons, the more you get out of them. Tom inspired me to put thought and effort into music and ended up teaching me so much. I'm now a student in the University of Miami's jazz program and Tom prepared me for much more than to play guitar in the program and pass out of music theory classes. With his help I developed a solid base of knowledge and skills and most importantly learned how to think about and create music. I now feel confident to be able to adapt to any musical setting and progress. For example, leading a band or a group of musicians in a jam session now seems a fun task rather than a daunting one. His resume and history of musical and teaching experience is extremely impressive but I actually had no idea about that until over a year or two in to our lessons. He is one of the most humble people I've met in music. There is so much to be learned just by talking to him and hearing his thoughts on music. There is no one I'd recommend more to teach guitar for anyone, absolute beginner through accomplished guitarist. For an hour each week I could tell the thing that mattered most to him was helping me grow. He's also an amazing guitarist.
Hired Joel for my daughter's grad party. After coming out to our house pre-party to discuss rain or shine set-up options we received our estimate on the spot. Professional in every way, Joel chose great music for our mixed generation crowd and also happily took requests. I've used many dj's and have often found their "shtick" at the mic between songs annoying and distracting to guests. Not so with Joel. He's natural and unassuming. As an event planner, I've been handing out his business cards to all my vendors. Joel is also an excellent musician and can be heard at many venues in the area. We always enjoy listening.
Becky played violin during my wedding ceremony and truly added a special touch and elegance to our ceremony! She was incredibly easy to work with, played every song we requested - even if it meant having to learn new music - and played solo as well as accompanied by an organist and an opera singer. She is extremely talented and we received so many complements on the beautiful music during our ceremony and on Becky's performance in particular. I am so grateful that she was able to be a part of our day!
Scott is an extremely talented musician and artist. He is easy to work with and flexible for any presentations. I also really love hearing him with Stephanie, the violin player (very excellent). Highly recommended!
It’s a privilege to recommend this outstanding musician. Listening to Caitlin play the violin is inspiring. Given her vast musical knowledge & experience, it isn’t surprising. Her lessons provide custom tailored instruction and always words of encouragement; I look forward to my next lesson.
Steve was a lot of fun and is a great musician. He played a big variety of classic rock. My guests really enjoyed his performance. I will be hiring Steve again.
Joe Cooney Band did a great job at our event! The music was the perfect mix for our audience. Thanks Joe!
Jonathan played the music for our Wedding ceremony at Liberty Mountain Resort. We could not have had a more talented, genuine, and kind musician to play at our wedding! We requested he play a few songs from the samples on his website, which were beautiful. He also played an incredible finger-plucked rendition of Hallelujah for the processional. He even learned to play one of my favorite songs, "February Seven" by the Avett Brothers for when my dad and I walked out. Being the non-traditional couple that my husband and I are, we asked that he play an acoustic version of Everlong by the Foo Fighters for the Recessional and it was amazing. Jonathan is very flexible and very talented. He was even nice enough to supply a lapel mic for our officiant since we didn't have one supplied by the venue. I would strongly recommend Jonathan to play music at any event. He made the most important day of our lives all the more special!
This group is amazing. The music is intricate, and upbeat. The music weaves back and forth between each musician. You would never guess that the band leader is young by watching his professionalism. Their love for jazz is so apparent not only in the talent expressed in the music but it is a pleasure to watch them perform.
