- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If my students want to play a certain style of music or a song that I haven't heard of, I do read up on it and practice it a bit before I present it to my students.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love music. I finished taking lessons when I was 16, which is when my piano instructor advised me that I could start teaching. And it's all been uphill from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For beginner students, usually the goal is to get them sight reading and playing basic pieces to early intermediate pieces. For intermediate to advanced students, the goal is more along the lines of better finger work, more difficult pieces, music theory, and composition.
