I am continuously staying up to date on all the food trends and trying to extend my food knowledge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy creating a memory for people. Being a part of the meal is a joyous thing and I love that. People gathered around the table sharing a meal and sharing stories and making memories and I got to share in that in a small way.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Events like : Mayors inauguration party for pittsbughs mayor, vegan Pittsburgh, fundraiser for children's choir pittsburgh, CMU end of quarter meeting and a private party for a prof., chocolate festival grapevine Texas.
