If you want one or multiple yoga or Pilates classes conducted in your church, social group, club, function or health fair, we can come to you.
I am a yoga and Pilates professional with 15 years of teaching experience. I provide classes in Pilates exercise, gentle yoga, beginners yoga, and intermediate and advanced yoga training.
Guided training in meditation and relaxation are also included. It's a wonderful way to start or end your day! Namaste!
