Introduction: I practice three different styles of acupuncture: Acupuncture Physical Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Kiiko Matsumoto Style. I integrate these three styles into every treatment giving my patients a very sophisticated, adaptable approach to many disorders. I am well-versed in trigger point dry needling therapy, which is very useful in relieving muscle pain due to tight knots and holding pattern issues in patients. Along with acupuncture I also use manual healing techniques in my practice. These include: Tui Na Chinese Medical Massage, Cupping and Gua Sha. I often see people after they have seen every other doctor under the sun, have had 5 surgeries and are still in a ton of pain. I love when the person come back week after week getting better and better, in disbelief that acupuncture is giving them such relief!

I went to Brittany for Trigger point dry needling acupuncture for my upper back and neck pain. I was getting horrible pain that started in my neck and sometimes down into my arms and hands. I have a desk job and often spend full days on a computer or a cell phone and my posture has really suffered. Brittany explained that I could be feeling pain because of trigger points in the muscles in my upper back and neck. She needled these muscles and they literally jumped and released! I could immediately feel the tightness melt away! I couldn't believe how quickly the pain and tightness subsided. I saw brittany once a week for 4 weeks and the pain was completely gone. She gave me different exercises to do myself in between visits and suggested I come back every six weeks just to keep things in order, I definitely plan on it!
