Introduction
A team of EPA Certified Lead Dust Sample Technicians & RRP will come to your property when it is convenient for you and your tenants or to perform a visual inspection and collect dust wipe samples for laboratory analysis. We follow the EPA guidelines along with the City of Philadelphia testing protocols. When you pass, you will receive the signed "Lead Safe" certificate required by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health. (this certificate is now required in order to renew a rental license). Fee's Start at $79:00. We are professional and respectful to your tenants. Please give us a call with any questions or to schedule an appt. Service Philadelphia, Norristown and East Lansdowne, PA.
