Introduction
A team of EPA Certified Lead Dust Sample Technicians & RRP will come to your property when it is convenient for you and your tenants or to perform a visual inspection and collect dust wipe samples for laboratory analysis. We follow the EPA guidelines along with the City of Philadelphia testing protocols. When you pass, you will receive the signed "Lead Safe" certificate required by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health. (this certificate is now required in order to renew a rental license). Fee's Start at $79:00. We are professional and respectful to your tenants. Please give us a call with any questions or to schedule an appt. Service Philadelphia, Norristown and East Lansdowne, PA. Available 7 days a week.

Lead Safe Resources came out to my properties within 24 hours and gave the most comprehensive reports I have ever seen for lead paint/lead testing. Very professional and courteous to my tenants. Highly recommend.

I learned more from Lead Safe Resources in 1 visit then I have ever known about lead paint. They provided me with a detailed visual inspection report that was detailed and with pictures. Can't wait to refer them to others as they were referred to us.
