Regular one-on-one sessions enabled me to reduce work stress, and build the strength and flexibility to keep me resilient against future injuries.
Dave is an excellent Yoga instructor. Very relaxed and not in the slightest bit intimidating to people new to yoga. Dave teaches yoga stretches but also focuses on meditation and breathing techniques that help integrate the mind and body. I highly recommend Dave!!

I attended Bindu's Triyoga classes 2/3 times a week from 2011 to 2015. I had previously done yoga a few years. When I started doing triyoga with Bindu, triyoga was new to me. It took me a number of weeks to get used to it, but then I started to love it, and would never change to any other type of yoga. Bindu is an exceptional teacher, and I miss her tremendously.
Jesse brought me into the world of Yoga in a caring, and knowledgable way. His attention to his students needs and understanding of their capabilities is superb. He can make even this most difficult position relatable and fun. He has a real gift for the practice of Yoga. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to begin and/or enhance their practice as well.
Alison worked to host a beautiful female-empowerment yoga and ceremony for my bridal party on the morning of my wedding day. It was a wonderful experience for everyone that was involved. I would highly recommend utilizing Alison's experience to host a yoga class for an important event, work related or personal, or really for any situation where you'd like to have a yoga teacher! She has experience working in varying settings and I'm sure would do a wonderful job.
I had a private yoga lesson with Matgalit and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and at ease afterwards. She taught me the positions and the right way to perform them. I have been fortunate enough to take Danielle's yoga classes over the past few years. I find her classes challenging and fun at the same time. She mixes it up so no class is ever the same. She is very engaging for the whole class and her assists are perfectly timed and spot-on. I've also taken a series of private lessons with Danielle as well. It really helped grow my practice. Danielle has a very strong knowledge of the human anatomy and she really helped me with alignment in my poses. If you get a chance to practice with Danielle, make sure you do it.
