Beginning with alignment correction and breath work to ensure a thorough workout we will build together, through grounding and healing, a deeply cultivated strength.
I will help you to learn foundational poses and asana, but I will also guide you to live in your practice! Through safety in the body you will learn how to accept the gifts encapsulated in the present, to prioritize wellness instead of the appearance of it in your daily life, and to advance in your wellness.
