Did an excellent job installing baby gates on difficult city staircase.

Screws are lose and not it all the way. This baby gate is not sturdy what so ever. I paid $80 to install a baby gate. I was in a rush to get to my appointment so I couldn’t argue with the guy while he kept saying it was sturdy and I was explaining that the screws are lose but he didn’t care. This is not acceptable work.
