Robert came in assembled my salon chair. They were assembled correctly but both my stylist and I are about5ft- 5ft3, so the chair aren’t low enough to reach the client. I was told I had a warranty but when I asked him to come back and talk a column out to lower the chairs he ghosted me. I was even will to pay because it wasn’t neither party fault I didn’t know there was an additional part and I’m sure he didn’t know to ask if he should use it. So I’m rating him a 2-3 stars because I’m not satisfied with the service.

Absolutely amazing! I had messaged David back and forth before the job because I was going abroad - he was prompt and detailed in his responses, and we were able to coordinate everything as needed. When it came time to do the job, he was right on time, courteous, kind, and completed everything without fault. I had a bed frame, wardrobe, and table with chairs assembled. All were assembled quickly and accurately. David was kind enough to put the mattress on the bed for me, and took my requests for customization on various prices and carried them out flawlessly.
