Mike responded quickly with a quote and followed up with a call to set up appointment, then kept in touch when he was going to be delayed. We had a couple of garden variety problems that could have left us feeling a little dumb, but he never made us feel dumb! We also had some tricky connectivity issues between a new printer and two computers, and he worked patiently and diligently until they were resolved. He clearly had a lot of experience and knowledge of where to find answers to a very puzzling problem. He sounds like he has the experience to handle hardware and software issues that are much more complex than those we were dealing with; I may wind up having him replace my hard drive rather than buying a new computer. He used time we spent waiting for things to load and update by switching from one garden variety problem to another, and by explaining options about updating my older computer to me, and then he set up my backup system. He worked quickly and efficiently. We would hire him again and highly recommend him.
Anthony and his crew were superb. We have had many handymen in our old home and he by far outshines all others. He is responsive, fair and honest. He does great and thorough work and comes up with honest assessments of the projects to be done with creative solutions. He is versatile in the work that he is able to do and knowledgable in many areas from plumbing to locks to deck work. We had him fix a tricky doorframe, do work on old pipes, totally fix a rotting deck and paint it and hang a huge 6+ foot mirror. He is able to handle all of the obscure tasks we have thrown his way!
I contacted Thumb Tack for a bookkeeper, and Barbara responded very quickly, with a reasonable rate. After arranging a meeting at hour home office ,we recognized that Barbara is a quick thinker and is very knowledgeable with QBs. I appreciate her no none sense approach when it comes to book keeping. For the inexperienced she has a special way of explaining aspects of QBs that make it easier to understand. She is helping us catch up on entries and will be training us to utilize more option in QBs. The new training will allow me more time to work in the field and less time in the office.
