Eric R. says, "AMR responded very quickly to my request to have an Ethernet line run from my basement to a second floor bedroom. We spoke the first day and made arrangements to meet that day. We ended up having to reschedule, but I was impressed with their response. The pro arrived about 20 minutes after the agreed upon arrival window. This is my only complaint. I was expecting a call 30 minutes prior. I had actually arranged for another pro to come, but I cancelled one AMR showed up. The work was done very professionally with minimal need to repaint. I’m very happy with the outcome. The price seemed a little high for what was done. It basically was running a wire and installing a receptacle. There was some drywall work to fish the wire, then the opening had to be patched with the removed piece. It took maybe 1.5 to 2 hours max. But, I feel I paid for the convenience of not having to do all of that myself. Honestly, he did a much better job than I would have. Plus, it saved me time and aggravation of multiple trips to Lowe’s! I highly recommend."See more

We just had Mike and his helper Alex come out today for what we thought was a routine repair of splitting some outlets onto separate breakers. Mike explained that our panel was over 30 years old and could possibly overheat with the extra breakers. We ended up replacing the entire panel and now feel safe in our home.
