I just bought another laptop from John, my second laptop from him. He met me in person, helped to load the new programs on my computer, and patiently answered all of my questions. He is super-knowledgeable and incredibly reasonable with his prices. I can't say enough good things about him. I have a graduate degree from Stanford University and also passed the Mensa test, and thus I have high standards for describing someone else as "smart", and John is smart and super-helpful. If it matters, I believe he studied computer science at Penn State on their main campus in State College. He is the best information-technology deal for your money in the greater Philadelphia area.

I paid 275 dollars to have the data recovered from my broken hard drive. The agreement was that I paid the money, and got my data back. However, after I had paid they told me the price would be much higher than I could afford. When I refused to go forward with it, they would not refund my money. I paid $275 for my recovered data and got nothing in return. Don't do business with them. It's not worth it.
