Job was done in 2 days. I love it. I wish the communication was better, at some times it was hard to reach Andrew then he started communicating with my fiancé who doesn’t live in the home .all in all the work was good.

They came out as scheduled to give an estimate, however I decided not to use Bivs construction because they were much higher priced than the other 4 estimates I received.

On April 15 Andrew came out to inspect the repair explain what needed to be done and said that he would have an estimate to be in the next day or two via email and he did take my email information down. I reached out to him on April 22 to follow up on the estimate. I received a response on April 25 apologizing for the delay and sending the estimate. I said that he will work on sending the estimate sometime that day. Our reply to him the following day, which was April 26 giving him my email address again and ask if yet I still have not heard from him. I did let him know that if he was not interested in taking the job that he should just let me know and as you can see in the text thread there was no response.. I’m not sure he’s very reliable and I would not hire him.
