When we purchased our home 3 years ago, the chimney inspector (a different local company) told us we could have a small fire in our fireplace despite the small flue, so we closed on the house without requiring the sellers to drop the price or fix any issues. We attempted a small fire twice, both times resulting in smoke in the house, and one of the times we needed to use the fire extinguisher. Not fun!!! Adam confirmed what we had suspected, that our fireplace is inoperable, and didn’t try to charge us for unnecessary work like the other company tried to do. We really appreciated his honesty and explanations about our fireplace and chimney. Highly recommend"See more
