Kate N. says, "Artur at New Door Service recently installed a storm door at my home and did a fantastic job. Shortly after he left, I noticed some sunlight coming through a small area between the storm door and the existing entryway frame, so I sent over a photo and video. He explained that storm doors are not designed to be completely airtight or sealed, and that small gaps can occur, particularly when installing on an existing frame. Artur offered to come back out to take a look and make any reasonable adjustments possible. He listened to my concerns and added additional screws and silicone to the area to help address the issue. I truly appreciate Artur/New Door Service’s integrity, responsiveness, and willingness to make sure their customers are pleased with the installation. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new storm door."See more
