Liam, was excellent regarding his customer service and total explanation of my situation. His recommendation was supported my proof of pictures he took of my vent system to properly explain the benefits of adhering to his recommendation after cleaning and inspection of my dryer vent system. His professional and candid approach was much appreciated as it was without any salesperson tactics.
