- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the first meeting i will give the customer the projected price for the event, which will include rental of things needed such as tables/ chairs, lines or dishes, dance floor or celling drapes, and for services needed like setup and take down of supplies and equipment. 25% payment due and agreement of service, 50% Payment is due 10 days before and on the day completion of the outstanding amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask many questions, this give me insight on what it is the customer wants their event to look and feel like. What things we need to present for the right image and enviroment for the celebration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been decorating for many years and attend classes in flower arrangement, event decorating and art. I love what I do and enjoy see my customers happy.
