Our door popped the lower roller out of the track, so tech took some time to analyze what might have happened, then offered more than a few options for repair. In the end he replaced the aged metal rollers for quiet nylon rollers and performed a regular service adjustment for the door. The door now moves very smoothly and quietly and it's a relief that the door won't get off the tracks again. Thanks

Called on a Wednesday morning and they were able to come within 45 minutes of me calling. I thought it was going to end up being an easy fix, unfortunately it was not. He replaced the garage door opener as our current one was about 15 years old. highly recommend

The garage door would get stuck. Tech arrived to inspect the garage door & although it was opening & closing just fine at first. Eventually, it happened & he was able to see the tracks needed to get changed to a double track (we had only one track--old way). We were in need of a new garage lock so an estimate was given for that as well. Our issue was resolved yesterday & so far, everything is working perfectly! He arrived at the time he stated he would arrive (between 8am-10am). Thank you for fixing our issue & for being prompt & professional.

My garage door system is 20+ years old. The center of the door was cracked, and it would buckle every time the door reach the top of the track, plus the spring was on its last leg. they did a great job and would highly recommend them.
