Kings cross are a very professional kind company and the workers and hildener were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend there company to others.
We used this company to have plaster work done in our living room kitchen along with repainting.
We are using them to also have tile floors installed and a bedroom be re dry walled. Pleased with there work and kindness.

ZERO STARS FOR KING CROSS LLC . Project: Complete garage renovation. Paint walls grey. Epoxy floor. Hildener was the woman who I spoke with and sent pictures of what I wanted. My garage ceiling was lowered without asking me if it was ok to do. As a result of work done to walls and garage ceiling lowered, my garage door was rubbing on new drywall resulting in a jammed garage door. Before Hildener and her workers started the job, I could open my garage door all of the way. Because of their work, I had to hire a professional to install a smaller garage door. Moreover, I had to keep sending Hildener pictures over and over again of how I wanted my floor to look. Hildener is horrible with attention to detail. First picture is what I sent to her several times saying this is what I want my garage floor to look like and second picture is what they did. I hated it so they removed because they applied beige paint over top of grey and because the beige wouldn’t dry, they had to remove all off the garage floor and afterwards they just threw paint on my garage floor, third picture It took them two weeks to do this. My garage floor has a crack in it and they didn’t even care to fix it. The drywall wasn’t painted. It’s just drywall. I asked to tighten my downspout and this is what I got, fourth picture. They filled the downspout with this white stuff resulting in my downspout leaking at the bottom, fifth picture. My lights kept going out while the worker was in my garage and I own a daycare. So the children were subject to my lights going off. I made such a big mistake by selecting King Cross LLC. I kept getting excuse after excuse, delays, no show resulting in me having to call Hildener for explanation as to why no one was here working. Excuse after excuse. I paid her $3,500 for a disaster and regret ever paying. I’m considering taking this to small claims court because I clearly did not get what I paid for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND KINGS CROSS LLC.
