FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide quality service at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make initial contact via text message or email for introductions. Schedule a phone conference to confirm details and schedule, if this could not be done through email. Schedule a site visit if necessary. Send an estimate, customer approves, schedule date and time. Communication and expectation are key to any new relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve acquired a wide range of skills that have allowed me to excel in this field. I grew up learning the upkeep of a house from my Dad, after high school I explored different trades to include plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and computer technical support. From there I worked as a maintenance superintendent, which led to a property manager position which led to a construction superintendent, and finally a project manager. I also have a degree in construction management. This degree has not only given me the skills to perform at a high level in this industry, but has also given me the tools to start my own business.
