- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer base program fees and I also have custom and discounted packages depending upon the needs of a client fees
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially there is the text or phone call, this is what I refer to as the discovery call. If we decide to take on the journey there would be a appointment scheduled. On this call/virtual meeting we will review the health history which would be sent to the client prior to the meeting. Discuss the programs, pricing, expectations, review and sign agreement.

I received my certificate in Health Coaching from one the top schools in the field at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I will be sitting for certification
