I teach my clients how to block out all the diet culture noise and figure out what works for YOUR unique body. No more restriction, no diet plans or counting calories- instead, you’ll learn how to reset your metabolism, balance your blood sugar to naturally lose weight and cultivate a healthy relationship with food for life! 2. Fitness: If you’ve been trying to “fit it all in” but you’re stuck feeling even more overwhelmed and exhausted this is the perfect program for you. I help my clients navigate the overwhelm of fitness and diet culture by working with you to create specific actionable steps that will decrease the stress around physical activity! I help you create a realistic routine that you’ll love and look forward to! 3. Mindset: This is often the most overlooked part of wellness but it is the MOST important aspect in order to create long-term success! If you struggle to maintain consistency, feel overwhelmed or stressed easily, or maybe begin working towards a health goal but end up giving up when “life” gets in the way? If any of this sounds like you, I want you to know that it IS possible to maintain health without feeling like you’re on a dieting cycle. Karley is a knowledgeable personal trainer and integrative health coach. She started training me when I knew almost nothing about working out, not even how to do a lunge! She is patient, kind, and exceedingly positive! I am now at a point where I am motivated to workout and Karley has given me all the tools I need to feel comfortable in a gym. She has also coached me on nutrition, and I have learned so much about what is good for my body and what to stay away from. I can feel the difference! I 100% recommend working with Karley.

I have been working with Karley for 7 months now and have seen significant change in my body, daily habits, and emotional health. I first started with her personal training and quickly transitioned to both health coaching and training. I have celiac disease and a mild dairy intolerance and she has really help me expand my diet to a wider variety of foods and new meals. I recently recommended her to my mom about a month ago and she loves her as well. My mom has no health problems, but has been looking to be more active on a daily basis and get on a more structured diet. Karley has written her plans on how to map out her days structured around diet, exercise, and her fulltime job. She has really had a huge impact on my family and I cannot thank her enough.

I started working with Karley to improve my strength and cardio health. She’s so knowledgeable, upbeat and encouraging, I love seeing her 3x/week and I am in much better shape. I had also been struggling with bloating and discomfort in my gut. Karley was super helpful in helping me to change the way I eat and worked with me to eliminate foods that were causing digestive issues and add better options.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer discounts for my health coaching programs and personal training packages! All discounts are listed on my website under the "programs" tab.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer a free 30 minute consultation for both health coaching/nutrition clients as well as personal training clients. I use this time to understand your current lifestyle and health goals that you wish to accomplish during our time together. The coach-client relationship is extremely important to me, so this consultation period is also used for you and I to decide if we are a good fit!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach through the Institute Of Integrative Nutrition and hold and Bachelor's Degree From The Pennsylvania State University.
