I am extremely happy with the cleaning service I received from Dayring Cleaning. I was very upfront that my home needed a serious deep cleaning and that we have pets, so this was not an easy job. They came in, worked extremely hard, and did an AMAZING job.
They cleaned and transformed the areas I needed help with, and I honestly feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. They were not judgmental about the condition of the home and handled everything professionally. I especially wanted my son's room cleaned and refreshed before he came home, and I'm so happy with the results.

Cleaning was good. Issue was over charging to clean oven $50 and charging to put dishes away $25 but they were stuffed into random drawers. Reached out directly about this and no response. Overall cleaning quality was good but over charging beyond the estimate $75 was highway robbery

I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy. I’d like to clarify a few points regarding the service provided:
Oven Cleaning: The $50 fee was communicated upfront as an additional service.
Space & Dishes: Most drawers were at capacity, which limited organization. However, I washed a large amount of accumulated dishes at no extra charge to help clear the space.
Home Condition: The cleaning required significantly more effort than a standard job due to the level of buildup and pet waste present. I completed this work without adding the typical surcharges for such conditions.
I strive to be fair and thorough, and I hope this provides better context for the final bill.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know that the prices I set are because they are new to this business, but I offer spectacular cleaning, window cleaning, laundry, basement, closet, among other things.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is that at the time of contracting I talk to the client about the price and I tell him about the discounts that I can give him and the things that he would clean extras.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and knowledge of cleaning I have at 100, I check the minimum things that can be dirty
