- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on project size, distance, duration of work and should know what discounts are available after the first cleaning
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer must determine what type of service he will need. We exchange information about the service we offer and check the availability and best hours for both and finally the corresponding budget. Having the client's approval, he must provide the address where the work will be done.
