We had our master bathroom and walk in closet completely remodeled by Ali and his team a few months ago and they did a fantastic job. Ali was always on top of his communication and easy to work with. He was on time with his estimation and provided a rendering of the new design we discussed which was extremely helpful. Ali’s team, from the two main guys who were on site most of the time, the framers, plumbers, electrician, the whole team did a great job. They always kept a clean site, and would always check with us before proceeding on certain install. When there was a slight miscommunication with the tiler, Ali took care of it immediately and had the section re-install. He was also able to work with us when we (later) decided to remove a window. Overall, we are extremely happy with their work, have recommended them to friends and family, and plan to use them again for our next project.

Sesli Properties did an incredible job with my bathroom remodel. It was a complete tear-out job in a finicky old house. The quality and attention to detail was outstanding. They were also very flexible with my schedule. I had a number of shipping issues that delayed my project. Ali and his team were patient and rescheduled with no issues. Ultimately I couldn't be happier with choosing Sesli Properties. I highly recommend them.

Ali and his crew of Sesli Properties were great from start to finish. They helped bring my vision to reality of creating a full bathroom from a small half bath. Although his crew spoke little English, Ali was there and very responsive, quickly, through it all to help with the communication gap. There are not that many construction companies who truly care about the quality of their work but quality is something that Sesli Properties don’t sacrifice. His crew was on time, ready for work and did a great job. From start to finish the project took 8 days. I would definitely hire this crew again.

Have you ever employed a contractor and you held your breath, throughout, because you knew something would go wrong (there’s always a hiccup), and the contractor would find some way to double the price and make you remorseful on the back end? Well, I mentally prepared myself for everything to go “tits-up” during my bathroom tear-out, floor to ceiling tile install, 5x5 shower with glass doors and waterfall, new lighting, and painting. The bathroom was gutted 10 years ago because the first remodel was so badly done—I digress.
So, in walks Ali of Sesli Properties. He is encouraging, extremely knowledgeable and stops you when you have a bad idea (I have bad ideas at times). Throughout the project there were some hiccups, but Ali and his team handled them like water rolling off a duck; they did not whine about structural challenges or things that did not fit. They merely made the adjustments and brought in additional team members to work, expeditiously, on making the adjustments. “Every” little detail was executed perfectly. Ali even zoomed me, while I was at work, for the perfect placement of the shower safety bar and towel bars. No detail was too small.
I’m so pleased with Ali and his team’s tile and carpentry skills, sophisticated tools (in laying the tile, my bathroom looked like a laser show), attitude, work ethic (not sitting around wasting time), respect for my home, attention to detail, and nearly daily site visits from Ali to make sure the project was "perfect."
Folks reading this, I don’t write reviews because I’m often left wanting and shaking my head at the end of a remodel project. During this entire project, all I could do was smile as the team worked gleefully and committedly. I fully, sincerely and with due regard recommend Sesli Properties. Ali and his team rock!! My bathroom is beautiful!!!!
