Introduction: We are determined to work with artists who are trying to do their very best work, as our goal is to do our very best work. Rather than a one-person-does-it-all mentality, we have a team approach that puts the best possible person in each role — producers, engineers, musicians, designers, publicists — which puts artists in their best position to succeed. We're happy to be judged by our actual work; the results speak for themselves. Our greatest thrill comes from developing new talent, helping artists take big steps not just in their career, in their craft as artists and performers. It's one thing for us to do the technical and musical aspects of our job well. The best records, though, are the ones where we're able to help artists make THEMSELVES better.
