I stumbled onto Keri through a Google search. Best Google result in my life! I have had frozen shoulders for a year and a half (initially on my right which got somewhat better with time but never great and most recently on my left. Very, very painful!). I had been to two chiropractors, three physicians, physical therapy, and personal training over the last 18 months and none of them knew what they were doing. Keri knows exactly what she is doing and we have made amazing progress since I first saw her in mid-September. She has been my savior! I am now free of the agonizing pain and I now see progress toward extension and flexibility that I have been eager to have for years. She has a protocol and we follow it. I practice on my own daily (a must). She is not for the faint of heart. She pushes me hard and yoga breath comes in very handy to work through the movement. Keri is great! She's the best!
If you are looking for an instructor or practitioner who is highly qualified, credentialed, who has studied under leading authorities in their area of expertise, than look no further. Angela Rapalyea exceeds those requirements. Angela Rapalyea is an innovative professional who clearly presents class material in an organized and simplified fashion. I admire her not only for her unfailing commitment to continuing and enriching her own studies, but for her commitment to her students, mentorship, sense of humor, reverence for all of life, and compassion. I have received Reiki sessions, Past-Life Regressions, completed all levels of Reiki certifications, and completed Native American traditions/ceremony course work with her. Angela Rapalyea has my highest level of recommendation and is a life-long friend to cherish.
Dr. Lipton and his staff are just fantastic. In addition to an ongoing worker's compensation issue, he has been my primary physician for over four years. I have taken advantage of several healing modalities through Dr. Lipton's office. His ability to effectively manipulate the muscles and bones in the body is incomparable to any other doctor, including chiropractors, I have seen. I love that an alternative to medication is always sought out when possible. It is fantastic to be able to go to the same office and receive basic medical exams, blood work, thermograms, acupuncture, physical therapy, massage, and even ayurvedic counseling. His organization is spot on and I wholeheartedly recommend him and his staff.
He was truly accommodating. He didn't rush me and I had a sense that he really cared. He is someone I feel I could pick up the phone and call for a question without it being always about the money. I will keep everyone updated on the results. By the way I prescreened him and he also passed.
I was having debilitating headaches almost daily for several months. After all sorts of interventions my doctor said that he thought muscle spams in my neck were triggering the headaches. Joseph did deep muscle massage, which I usually wouldn't like. However this time i was thrilled with the results. He warmed the muscles before going in and went one layer at a time. HIs work was not painful. He disrupted the pattern of neck spasms and the headaches. I am so grateful. I so appreciate his detailed knowledge of the body, its parts and how they interact. He is a gift and has given me back my life.
Jemire has given me several wonderful massages. Very prompt, courteous and professional. I appreciate his anticipation to my needs - sometimes we talk during the massage and others I just relax to the music. Great rates and friendly personality.
Reverend Clayton Casson is a very good counselor. He has counseled me for many years through different situations. He has helped me get through many deaths in the family and job preparations. He continuously send prayer quotes via text and email daily to make sure he stay in contact with me. Reverend Casson also send out plenty invitations for me to join services where he preaches.
I loved this. Connie was very informative and patient. I felt like I left with a understanding of Reiki, the procedures and how to develop it deeper.
I don't know where to start except to say that my massage, given to me by Valerie, was one of the best massages that I've ever had and I've had plenty, she was magnificent. The expertise was evident in every thing she did, from the gentleness on my face to the firmness when getting out the knots in my shoulder blade and the medium massage on my feet and hands felt wonderful. When she was finished I truly felt like I was floating and I could feel that my stress was removed. I not only felt stress free, I felt rejuvenated. I am seriously planning on tightening up my budget so I can get a massage done at Living Well by Val on a regular basis, because that was just what the doctor ordered.
When I first went to Evelyn I had been diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. The doctor had tried shots that worked for a short time, and then sent me to physical therapy. The therapist worked with me three times a week, but progress was slow. I then found Lighten Your Path. Evelyn research my diagnosis and found a strict protical for therapy. She worked with me for two months seeing me weekly. By then my shoulder was beginning to loosen up. We met for another two months every other week, and progress continued. Three months out and I had full range of motion back and very little pain. My shoulder is %100 now and as an art teacher I use it daily to hang art work and carry heavy clay. I see Evelyn once a month now for therapeutic massage and I would recommend her without reservation to anyone of any age or condition.
I have been at R3 for Reiki, massage, and my latest was acupuncture with Jason. I have back problems and he made me feel so good. Right after my first session I was able to get down and put my shoes and socks on without any trouble. What a difference it made. My second session I had another problem, I had plantar fasciitis and it flared up so I thought I would see what he could do. All I can say it that we both know it wasn't going to cure it, I am going to my foot doctor in two weeks, but I needed some relief. Jason worked his magic and I am able to walk on it, not limping like I was. Its still there but did he relieve my pain. He is so good in what he does. I am going back for another session for my back as soon as this bad weather for this week passes. R3 is terrific for everyone. I think what you need to do is try it and you will see what a difference in how your body feels. I recommend this to everyone. Just give it a try and I know you will come back. There are so many other things to try there. Reiki is fabulous with Denise, she has even gone to extremes and sent it to me at home....I had taken my mother and 2 Aunts for Reiki and they are in their 80's. They did feel a difference. So please go to R3 and do your body a favor...look on the Website and I know there something there for everyone.
Rev. Dr. Nadine Rosechild Sullivan, Ph.D is simply amazing!! She's so friendly and understanding. I've seen her for a number of things, but the most is impressive is how she cured my fear of bees! I used to be deathly afraid and, on a number of occasions, ran into traffic to avoid a bee. Through Dr. Rosechild Sullivan's use of past life regression and hypnotherapy, I am no longer afraid of bees! I still don't like bees. Who does? But I am no longer afraid of them and can stand to be in the same proximately of them. I highly recommend Dr. Nadine Rosechild Sullivan for your counseling and hypnotherapy needs!!! She is the real deal!
Software developer here - I sit all day. I was working primarily on weight loss and lowering my cholesterol so My doctor wouldn’t put me on a statin. Emily is great and worked out a meal plan with some supplement recommendations. So far, I’ve lost 20 lbs in the past 4 months with little exercise. Definitely will continue to work with her.
I work in an office setting, and was diagnosed with carpel tunnel in the summer last year. My doctor suggested surgery, and I really wanted to avoid that at all costs. I came to Michelle feeling fairly pessimistic. I was dropping things constantly, I had pins and needles in my fingers, and severe pain in my wrists. I was further surprised when Michelle treated my neck, and not my shoulder, arm, or wrists. However, after my FIRST visit, I felt immediate relief, and after my third visit...I was supremely confident that I was going to avoid surgery, which I did! After roughly 5-6 sessions, I had no symptoms at all. The bonus to this is that Michelle was able to get me reimbursed from my FSA, so my treatments cost me nothing in the end! Her office is cozy, warm, and tranquil, which isn't my speed, so she turned on the Phillies broadcast for me, when requested, lol. This woman knows EVERYTHING about the human musculoskeletal system, she's truly amazing. If you're in pain, to hell with the doctor....they'll give you pain meds to help manage the pain, or cut you open....Michelle will make the pain go away PERMANENTLY, and teach you how to keep it from happening again. I now only see her monthly, but this was actually Michelle's goal, not mine. Truly, she is a medical gem in the rough.
Not your ordinary doctor. He is very knowledgeable and offers solutions to your problems. He is worth every penny spent.

While my clients are of all ages I am particularly drawn to working with children and supporting pre and post gastric bypass clients. I am willing to walk alongside you (and be your biggest cheerleader/motivator) as you and your body do the hard work of healing. I totally believe that given the right tools (knowledge/strategies/motivation) you can achieve the goals you set.
