I'm in the process of treating cat urine in my basement and basement stairs for a newly purchased home. Mike has been extremely professional and explained the process to me in detail even before I decided to hire him. I am confident in his ability to treat this based on his knowledge of what it takes to attack this problem. He provides at least three treatments if needed to get the job done. I liked this about his service. He will get the job done to where you agree its satisfactory. So far so good. We are wrapping up the project with two treatments so far and I think we will be good to go. I'd definitely recommend Mike, his assistant and this service if you have a serious odor removal issue. Just call the professionals. We tried ourselves. Cat urine is no joke!
