This is my third time having the pleasure of working with Pamela and the quality continues to surpass my expectations each and every time! Not only is Pamela attentive to my family’s sometimes very specific requests, but her execution directly reflects her years of professional experience. After helping us plan two different weddings as well as, most recently, a 30th anniversary party, Pamela continues to out-do herself each and every time to provide that “wow!” factor that my guests cannot stop talking about. The only downside is that sometimes she books quickly so I need to make sure to get her booked ASAP.

Pam did a great job coordinating our October wedding in the Berkshires. She was a calm, efficient presence throughout the day and made sure everything went smoothly, from coordinating the hair and makeup schedule, to ushering guests into the cocktail hour. She even got our Basset hound flower girl down the aisle in one piece. I would highly recommend her for anyone needing a competent, friendly, and well-priced wedding coordinator!

Pam was a magical planner / wedding day coordinator for us! She has such a calm presence, even when things are hectic, and went above and beyond to make sure all the little details were taken care of. She also orchestrated a last-minute venue change when it started raining 30 minutes before we were supposed to walk down the aisle, and somehow got all of the decorations, musicians, and guests repositioned inside for an on-time, beautiful ceremony. We had tons of vendors to coordinate, each with their own needs, questions, and personality quirks, and Pam managed them all seamlessly. She’s a pro.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate starts as $125 per hour. I also have packages for day-of and month-of wedding support, as well as corporate planning package, that can be shared with each client individually pending needs.

I will set up an initial consultation to get to know the client on a personal level and ask some questions to understand the planning needs.
