- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Catered events are done on a case by case basis depending on the size of the guests, complexity of the menu, if servers are required and distance. Meal prep pricing is provided with a range which takes into account number of meals and food preferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I always find out if there are any food allergies, food they do not like or are willing to try, and how much creativity I can bring to the menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I matriculated through JNA Institute of Culinary Arts and have over 15 years of private catering experience.
