This is a real gym , with a real trainer, with real results. IF YOU ARE WILLING TO DO THE WORK! Jake is the real deal, and the best deal you will find for his quality of work and expertise. Most personal trainers will rip you off and don’t know what they’re doing. Trust me ,it’s never a dull moment. He’s a animated man (lol) that can make it fun for anybody that wants to get in the best shape of their life.

Today was my first day at Body Craft and l felt like I been there forever. Jake made me feel very comfortable during my workouts. He made sure the weights wasn’t to heavy and he gave me that extra push that I need to achieve my goal and also gave me a meal plan. I made him my new personal trainer. I can’t not wait to see my results

today was my first day which was a complementary, workout. however once the workout was over i knew immediately this was the type of trainer/training that will help me accomplish my goal. If the next 3 months are anything like the first day, i will surpass goal with no problem. Jake is not only the owner and great trainer he also keeps the workout from getting stale which is perfect. I'll respond in 3 months with the end results

We do a bioanalysis of your body, setup a complete diet, then train you at your level on a push/pull system allowing for maximum results & with muscle recovery

We are Certified with International Sports Science Association, International Sports Medicine Association, Exercise Nutrition Association & a Member of American College of Sports Medicine.
