I feel like my training was hardcore but at my own pace. I felt a huge difference in my breathing. The pressure on my chest was gone after just one session considering my asthma. I feel like my body has been shocked. So far I have felt a melting/hot flash sensation which usually occurs when I’m losing weight. My body does feel stronger after just one week. I will keep him as my person trainer in my 70lb weight loss journey and will show before and after pic. I am ex military and I can say that this takes me back.
