Brandon is an excellent trainer. He makes sure I perform every exercise with proper form and technique. He also pushes me to do an extra 2–3 sets when needed to ensure my muscles are challenged enough to grow and improve. I've worked with Brandon for a month, he has been patient with me while also pushing me to show up my best (even when I don't want to lol). The sessions were configured to what I needed and adapted depending on progress. He was very professional, polite, and honest. The work quality was great and flexibility was great. I'll be booking more sessions and I would highly recommend if your looking for accountability, realistic, and a great work out.
