My promise to each individual client is to make a personal investment to help them reach their specific goals! I work with everyone. Age, gender, experience level...it doesn't matter! Athletes welcome! I have the space and equipment for all strength and conditioning needs. The FSP motto: Work hard. Work smart! Pricing: You may pay for a single session at a time or purchase session packages. The bigger the session package, the lower the per session cost. Mike is a great trainer! I trained with Mike in the beginning of summer and wanted to lose weight/tone up and he put together a perfect nutrition and workout plan for me. We started with more basic exercises and moved towards more dynamics exercises and I was able to see great results along the way. I lost a significant amount of weight in a healthy way and Mike was there to keep me motivated and change things up when needed. Mike also put together a workout plan for me on the days I was not training with him to keep up on my own and that was also terrific. He was always on time, respectful, and worked around my schedule when needed. I have been in the best shape of my life thanks to Mike and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer and coach!

My son, 15 years old, has been training with Mike for about three months. We started during his off season from running and although I thought initially we could use this as a filler in between seasons, we'll be sticking with this long term. My son has gotten so much out of these sessions; he has really started to take his physical fitness seriously and is building lifetime techniques he can take with him into adulthood. Mike is very responsive, always on time (actually early) and very easy to work with, we book online and then he'll confirm via email. My son doesn't want to miss a week and this shows me how much he values the sessions and time. I also noticed a difference in my son's upper body, he's not a skinny little guy any longer. I'd recommend working with Mike for a number of reasons. This is my first experience working consistently with a trainer and I'm sorry I didn't do this sooner.

Michael is a great trainer, he teaches you good form and makes sure you’re doing the exercise correctly. He also encourages you to challenge yourself and give 110%. Michael also can help with any dieting advice you need as well.
