Pricing: You may pay for a single session at a time or purchase session packages. The bigger the session package, the lower the per session cost. My son, 15 years old, has been training with Mike for about three months. We started during his off season from running and although I thought initially we could use this as a filler in between seasons, we'll be sticking with this long term. My son has gotten so much out of these sessions; he has really started to take his physical fitness seriously and is building lifetime techniques he can take with him into adulthood. Mike is very responsive, always on time (actually early) and very easy to work with, we book online and then he'll confirm via email. My son doesn't want to miss a week and this shows me how much he values the sessions and time. I also noticed a difference in my son's upper body, he's not a skinny little guy any longer. I'd recommend working with Mike for a number of reasons. This is my first experience working consistently with a trainer and I'm sorry I didn't do this sooner.

Mike is a great trainer! I trained with Mike in the beginning of summer and wanted to lose weight/tone up and he put together a perfect nutrition and workout plan for me. We started with more basic exercises and moved towards more dynamics exercises and I was able to see great results along the way. I lost a significant amount of weight in a healthy way and Mike was there to keep me motivated and change things up when needed. Mike also put together a workout plan for me on the days I was not training with him to keep up on my own and that was also terrific. He was always on time, respectful, and worked around my schedule when needed. I have been in the best shape of my life thanks to Mike and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer and coach!

Very professional and interactive trainer. Great eye for detail and will definitely make you sweat. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. Enjoy every second of the workouts!

Mike is always on time, he answers every question I have during training about what muscle we are working on with a particular exercise or why can't I do side squats. He is the most professional person I know so I mean he has a plan for me and my partner every time we train, he keeps the whole session moving at a good pace for us. Responsiveness wise he will listen to what you may be into and shape the training around that, and he's quick to respond to any text or email. Finally the proof is in the pudding, I'm looking good, feeling healthier all around, and my bum is looking good, people have told me.

Michael is a great trainer, he teaches you good form and makes sure you’re doing the exercise correctly. He also encourages you to challenge yourself and give 110%. Michael also can help with any dieting advice you need as well.
