- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You may pay for a single session at a time or purchase session packages. The bigger the session package, the lower the per session cost. All sessions are 55 minutes. • Single Session = $65 • 4 Session Package = $248 ($62/session) • 8 Session Package = $480 ($60/session) • 12 Session Package = $696 ($58/session) The session packages work as follows: • You pay the total price of the package up front • The sessions must be used within 2 months from the date of purchase • Within the 2-month window, you can schedule your sessions however you see fit • If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from utilizing the sessions within 2 months (documented injury, illness, etc.) we can have a discussion at the time regarding an extension or a refund for the remaining sessions Payment method options: Cash, Venmo, Paypal, or Cash App
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically request that a phone call or Zoom be set up before the first session, in order to put names to faces and for me to get to know a bit about the client. I will ask about goals and exercise history, go over any important procedures/policies, and answer any questions. In our first session I will perform an assessment as I introduce the client to my training style as it pertains to their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with honors from Temple University with a B.S. in Kinesiology in 2016. I am a current National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), and EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS).
