Shawn is who came to install all my pictures (around 11 items). Great communication through the app on what I needed, also with having to reschedule because of my move, so he was attentive and understanding. Also, he was nice and friendly and had to work around a lot of unpacked stuff from the move, so I appreciate his patience and time around all the stuff. He did a great job, particularly with hanging a very heavy, large mirror over my dresser that I’m very pleased with.
