Had my heating ducts cleaned today by a very professional young man who was very pleasant and called to let us know he would be a few minutes late, due to traffic. He did an excellent job.

I had a 9:30 appointment Mr. Bell called to say he would be there by 10:30 then it was noon and showed up at my house after 12. We were no longer waiting for him and he proceeded to argue with me because he was there and no one was there. Very disappointed.
