Mr. Lambert was very professional, efficient and reliable. He completed the gym equipment AND he gave me a much needed tutorial on how to use the equipment, which was impressive to me. It got better. As I was going to book another appointment to have a TV mounted, and he took care of it the same time. I didn't even ask for the wires to be hidden but, he did it and put a HDMI cable just incase. He did a great job and was excellent with time management. He left the area clean and before he made any adjustments, he confirmed to make sure it was what I wanted. I definitely have Mr. Lambert in my address book for rehire.

I started with Comcast cable as a level 3 technician in 2001 receiving broadband installation and troubleshooting training. recieved in 2010 training in home services of installation of customer electronics.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a various different people. From pleaseent to difficult but allways remained professional and given them all the same quality professional services.
