Detective Guerra is the utmost professional as well as being a gentleman who is determined and passionate about finding answers. He took my case and handled everything very quickly and efficiently. He provided detailed information to me to take to the police and he was in contact frequently letting me know what was happening. He was very encouraging, reminding me that I would get through this and come out stronger for all that has happened. I think his military background makes him an excellent choice as he is proficient with locating answers and digging deep to connect the dots of a case. I would recommend him to anyone for their privateinvestigative needs. He truly is the best.

First of all as a military veteran, it was a no brainer to try Warstone Investigations. I had so many bad investigators use unethical tactics to milk me and not get the job done. I went on Thumbtack and said "let me try one more time". I was hesitant and first but when Roger assured me he was a fellow soldier, I relaxed.
He did the job in 2 days for not even 1/3 of what I paid to all those other scammers. This was a child custody matter and time was of the essence. He was upfront about the fees, not for once did he take advantage of my stressful situation. He told me it would be done, that's exactly what he did. I will refer this company to everyone I know. A good privateinvestigator is rare to find. Thanks for restoring my faith in the industry. Now I'm thinking about getting my license!

I hired this company to help with a child custody case. Although I didn’t end up needing the material for court, as the defendants never appeared, I must say that from day one I knew I was in good hands and that I could trust and count on Detective Roger. I was updated about everything just as the detective learned the information. He was upfront about everything with me and saved me a lot of money. He never misled me on anything. There was a time during surveillance that it became apparent there was no reason to continue on. He could’ve easily stayed the amount of time I asked and charged me the money but he didn’t. He was upfront and honest. He told me his professional opinion and I’m glad I listened. He even went out one extra time for which he worked two extra hours that he never billed me for. This meant a lot to me as I am drowning in attorney fees from this custody trial. I felt he really cared about me and my case and wanted the best outcome. I’m ever so grateful to have stumbled upon this company on the Internet. I was previously let down by someone I had personally known. He is also a private detective and made big promises. However he was almost never available by phone, text, or email. He barely kept any contact and most importantly he did not go out the day I asked him to which threw everything off course completely. He only told me days later that he never went and this guy was planning to charge me at least double if not more than what I paid with Detective Roger. I wish I had hired him sooner. Had I done so I would’ve had a slam dunk case even if the defendants did show up. At the very least I would've had strong evidence for when I end up having to go back to court in the future, which I’m sure will be inevitable. So I just want to say a big thank you to Roger for all he’s done for me and my family. If I ever need any type of surveillance or other private detective work I know where to go and I know who to recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For prices and I can always work with you, but you better believe you are dealing with the right company. My competition will rip you off while they l will ask less than I'm asking, and at the end of the job you will end up paying too much money for nothing. Once again its the quality of work that we provide that you need. Read the reviews, don't be fool and hire us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to meet and find out exactly what the customer wants. Once we determine the main idea of the investigation or Security detail then we provide the customer with a comprehensive plan of action and an approximate idea on what it can cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military Police, retired out of the Army with 20 years. I received many commendations for my work in the narcotics division of the army and for the countless of undercover operations, lots of experience overseas also. I also have a Masters in Business.
