Still have not received my photos. It's been over 2 months. The photographer took some photos that were not usable, so I followed up with customer support multiple times and have not received the updated photos yet. This has been a very frustrating process.

We understand that you weren't satisfied with a couple of the photos so our support team offered to send edits of the couple of photos or offered you a free shoot on your next listing in May or June, which you kindly accepted the free shoot.
